Delivery & Returns

Standard U.S. shipping: $10 for orders under $99. Free standard shipping: orders of $99 or more. Estimated delivery is 4–6 business days.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United States only. Shipping availability and the final order total are confirmed during checkout.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $99 or more.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment and order checks are complete. Standard delivery is estimated at 4–6 business days. Delivery estimates may be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, severe weather or an incomplete delivery address.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, it will be included in the dispatch confirmation. Please allow time for the carrier to register the first tracking scan.

Returns within 30 days

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact customer support at support@shark-beauty.com before sending an item back so the correct return instructions can be provided.

Returned items should be complete, undamaged and include the original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase. Opened hygiene-sensitive items, used consumables, clearance items and incomplete returns may not be eligible.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and clear details of the problem.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
